What if my package(s) do not arrive after 45 days?

Our manufacturers treat each order with the highest priority and shall make every effort possible to ensure a successful delivery.

However, in an unfortunate event that your package(s) ordered did not arrive pass 45 business days, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we shall initiate a full refund to you in terms of store credit so that you may utilize it to make further purchases.

 

What should I do once I receive my package(s)?

Be sure to inspect your package once you received it.

For the request of Defective item/Damaged during transit, a clear picture of the item in its original packaging is required. We will review your request within 24 hours, however if need be, we might request for further clarifications. You shall expect a reply from us within 24 hours.

Upon the approval of your return request, we shall include in our email reply whether the item(s) shall need to be shipped back to us or otherwise.

If in the event that the item(s) needs to shipped back, we would advise on the return address that the item(s) shall need to be shipped to. Please pack the item together with a note inside the package stating the order number before shipping it back to us.

 

Step 3:

Pack the item securely in it's original packaging together with a note inside the package stating the order number before shipping it back to us. 

Please kindly ship the item within 2 days from date of the approval email sent to you, kindly ship the item(s) with tracking as proof of shipping and email to us the tracking number along with the order number to custsvc@lingeriefanatic.com

Once the item(s) has been received successfully and inspected, approved returns shall be issued a store credit for the purchase price less any shipping/restocking fees where applicable.

Please do take note that store credit issued by us will have a validity of 120 days.

IMPORTANT: Your return item(s) must be unworn and unwashed and with all the original packaging and tags intact.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Items that have been worn beyond a "trying out" process - i.e. items that have been worn during a work-out session.
  • Items that have been used during the course of a day of wear.
  • Hair accessories, lingerie/underclothes and intimate items.
  • Free items, On Sale items.
  • Items with Discount Codes applied. 
  • Swimwear, jewelry, and handbags.
  • Items that have been tampered/altered including removal of tags.
  • Items with makeup stains.
  • Items with fragrance or cigarette smoke odor.
  • Sanitary items.
  • Health and personal care items. 

 

How will postage be calculated on returns?

For items that are defective or damaged, postage costs for return shall be reimbursed as store credit.

For items that the return reason(s) are other than defective or damage during transit, postage costs shall be borned by the buyer. 

Please take note that it shall be the buyer’s responsibility before the item reaches our return facility. It is therefore advisable to select a postal service which could be tracked.

 

Under what conditions that an item is not returnable/refundable?
